I used tot his every day and it feeds my skin's microbiome, i haven't had any dry skin around my nose which I didn't realise was actually yeast caused (?) so this moisturiser has sorted my complexion out because it is prebiotic! i mix it with the golden hour oil and it's perfect consistency for me, silky. without the oil it can be more matte which is great when you need heavier care.
